IMPORTANT: If your SongShow Plus subscription has expired or if you are using an older version of SongShow Plus you are eligible for access the self-help knowledge base HERE. If you would like email or phone support please contact Sales to purchase a subscription renewal or software version upgrade.

 

Bronze subscribers receive SongShow Plus activation support via email.

Silver and Gold subscribers receive weekday phone support and email support.

Platinum subscribers receive phone and email support 7 days a week. Our support hours are 8am to 4pm (Mon-Fri) and 6am to 10am (Sat-Sun). All times listed are Mountain Time and exclude observed holidays.

NOTE: GoFishMedia also supports GFM computers, external video equipment sold by GFM, and vMix video streaming software (for those with an applicable vMix support subscription).
